Island Voices, Enniskillen Toastmasters, provides an inclusive, friendly, and highly supportive environment where members can overcome their fear of public speaking and build robust communication skills. As a vibrant community group affiliated with Toastmasters International, Island Voices empowers individuals from all walks of life to become more confident communicators and leaders. Meeting regularly in Enniskillen, the group encourages members to participate in practical exercises, ranging from delivering structured speeches to impromptu speaking. Through their partnership with the STRIDE programme, Island Voices has co-created an Inclusive Timer App, demonstrating a commitment to accessibility and digital inclusion, ensuring that neurodivergent individuals and those with specific visual or auditory requirements can participate fully in time-bound speaking activities.
