About This Partner

Omagh Forum for Rural Associations (OFRA) was established in 1989 to support rural groups in Omagh. Operating from 2 Drumragh Ave, Omagh, OFRA established the Omagh Healthy Living Network (OHL) in July 2020 to tackle health inequalities through community development. Supported by National Lottery funding, OHL targets Tier 1 & 2 primary care patients with social prescribing models encompassing smoking cessation, nutrition, falls prevention, menopause workshops, and mental health programmes. Partnering with the STRIDE Programme, OFRA transitioned from inefficient paper-based workflows to exploring a centralised digital case management solution, successfully prototyping a system to improve the coordination of client journeys, wellbeing outcomes, and programme participation.
